CONTROLLER RELEASE GRANULAR FERTILISERS ( POLYMER-COATING )

Raw material: NPK compound fertilizers,urea,K2SO4 ,KCl etc.

Coating : POCF ,EVA and resin.

Specification:

Exact released time, the release rate only up to temperature*on the basis of moisture*.
Perfect released curve: the release of nutrients can meet up the requirements for all the plants growth.
Enhance the effect of fertilizers, save the nutrition, reduce the cost.
Friendly-environments, safety to most of plants, suit to tiny nursery.

Release Mechanism

When the fertilizer comes into contact with moisture in the growing media (above 25% w/w), the granules begin to absorb water vapour through microscopic pores in the coating. This moisture slowly dissolves the nutrient's content, which then diffuses continuously into the root zone. The rate is controlled by the soil temperature, which determines the rate of water vapour penetration and fertilizer diffusion. As temperature rises, the release rate increases, and vice versa. The level of water retention, pH values, microbial activity or the exchange capacity of the soil does not significantly affect the release rate.

Remark:

Rates are based on low application rates of organic material. In case more than 10-15 tons per ha. Organic material is applied, the rate can be decreased. In case you choose the lower rate, you need additional water soluble fertilizers and vice versa.

Exact rates can be determined when a soil sample has been taken.
